To kick off 2022 with the right foot forward, we have released brand-new updates designed to help you optimise your listings in the most efficient way.
As part of our Self-Serve Onboarding service, we have launched our Data Optimisation Hub for eBay. Users can now establish where they are in the self-service journey lifecycle, via the new activity summary panel.
As well as this, the activity summary panel guides users through the optimisation journey, establishing the status, actions, and support needed to complete each step in the process.
Here is an example of the eBay Data Optimisation Hub during the stages of the process:
Maropost integration
Our Parts Compatibility tool now offers an export for Maropost Commerce Cloud for all regions outside the UK.
Jit Gondalia, Managing Director for Optiseller Australia states "At Optiseller we recognise that sellers use many different data and inventory management platforms. We want to enable our users to utilise Optiseller alongside their existing tools, and are working with many of these platforms to enable the easy transfer of data between our solutions".
Keyword search
We have also extended the functionality of our Parts & Compatibility tool to now include keyword search in the sub-model field. This new functionality should give sellers now accurate matches.
Smarter algorithm for matching on Submodel
The Master Vehicle List (cars) files for all regions have a smarter algorithm for matching on Submodel. For example, in the list below, submodel matches will consider all elements independently, improving the accuracy of matching when used in conjunction with the other fields in MVL.
Pick up engine code from a listing title and cross-check this information against the Master Vehicle List lookup
We have also added a variant column to the checks, similarly to the submodel algorithm. This includes the engine model in AU and is also available in all regions.
Sellers can now run their duplicate listings report with a click of a button within the dashboard. A pop-up explains the process and on completion, a “number of duplicate listings” link takes sellers to the report.
We are continually trying to improve our tools to help sellers, all over the world optimise their eBay listings and sell more online.
