Optiseller are seeking graduate developers to join our existing development team to work on a variety of in house software development. With a strong focus on eCommerce we are working with the world's leading brands, retailers and marketplaces to deliver exceptional eCommerce solutions and products.
Your day-to-day duties as a graduate Developer will include programming, testing and dealing with internal clients on a variety of projects.
You will be provided with mentoring and training materials and be joining the expanding company at a crucial stage of their expansion. The company are looking for multiple developers with a mix of experience, so it is an excellent time to join us.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing applications throughout the development life cycle including technical specification, design, unit testing and system testing
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Assisting for multiple customer projects
- Adherence and maintaining engineering best practice to other team members
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Software Engineering or other related subject
- Proficient with at least one modern programming language (Java, C#, Python)
- Understanding of good programming practices such as SOLID principles
AMONGST THE SKILLS AND TECHNOLOGIES YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH ARE:
- Git in a multi branch development environment
- Agile, TDD and CI
- 3rd party APIs
- e-Commerce
- JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- C#, .Net, Visual Studio
- MSSQL
- Cloud Technologies (Azure)
