Customer Success Specialist
We are an established Scottish Software Development Business based in Stirling, trading as Developing IT since 2005 and recently rebranding as Optiseller.
Optiseller is a rapidly growing SaaS ecommerce data analytics business, supporting online retailers worldwide to sell more effectively in the ecommerce marketplace using our Optiseller suite of tools.
At present we have over 50,000 users across 140 different countries.
We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, dynamic and target driven, Customer Success Specialist to join our SaaS Sales Team
As Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for sustaining business growth and profitability by maximising value and minimising customer churn.
Your role will include:
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
- Hold product demonstrations for customers
- Improve onboarding processes
- Deliver outward facing educational media (videos, blogs, webinars)
- Mediate between clients and the organisation
- Communicate customer feedback to product teams
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Team Lead responsibilities
The Person:
You will have had previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS and or ecommerce business.
You will also have the following personal attributes:
- Driven self-motivated, enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and support a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
With our Head Office in Stirling, you will have the option of hybrid working with attendance at the office for team focus days and as necessitated by the business or of course as often as you would like!
