About the Role

e-Commerce has been growing steadily and events in the past couple of years have only accelerated the trend.  With significant growth of our operations in the region, we are now seeking an accomplished Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Australia.

The successful candidate will provide invaluable support to our sales and marketing team in taking forward our SAAS development and expansion plans in the region. 

Working closely with the Sydney-based Managing Director and the UK based Sales Director, CEO and COO to lead and drive our SAAS strategy forward, you will have responsibility for achieving our growth targets and implementing leading-edge ways to develop partnerships with the objective of achieving significant revenues.

You will support in the growth and development of our sales team, motivating and encouraging them to achieve ambitious goals through sharing your experience and understanding of B2B sales methodology.  You will also be actively involved with supporting, building, and developing our brand strategy, and increasing our position in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert of our technology and effectively promote its value
  • Achieve our SAAS growth strategy through successful sales results
  • Support the Sales Director with the development and growth of existing sales team
  • Closely work with our product, testing and marketing teams to progress our roadmap
  • Remain knowledgeable of market developments and advancements
  • Develop and grow our brand and positioning, actively promoting a cohesive approach between our sales and marketing and customer success teams
  • Create concise reports on progress to senior management team

Essential Requirements:

  • A hands-on, target driven individual
  • Growth management and leading marketing experience in a B2B SAAS environment
  • Product management knowledge
  • Customer focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead, organise and prioritise
  • Excellent team player who promotes enthusiasm
