Chris Cook, our Customer Success Specialist has been an eBay user for the best part of two decades. He previously managed eBay and Amazon accounts for a fashion retailer with a turnover of £100m+ a year and worked with sellers and businesses to improve and optimise their eBay stores.
Steve Dunn recently joined the company as Head of Customer Success, prior to joining Optiseller, Steve worked for 5 years in Customer Success at Moz where he joined the go-to SEO experts right at the beginning of their Customer Success journey.
